If you file the edges of the nipple slightly to reshape the nipple with a new hex nut you should be able to put a smaller socket on to it. (with a small 1/4 drive or something similar a cheap one as the socket may be unusable when you are finished). It also means its easier to ram on as the socket with bend to the shape slightly. Give it a light tap to bed in then unscrew with a small socket wrench. You could also use a socket to tap a smaller ring spanner over the top. (most are about a size 9mm)If you then get it out simply replace the nipple with a new one. Most sizes are available from car accessory dealers. If you can't get one with the right size its the scrap yard. But you can pick these up fairly easily and it may be that ther makes of car use the same caliper the car accessory dealers will know which ones are the same. hope this helps-Darron
