the water contained does not fill instead the water leaks out of the back of the machine. when i take out the container and tilt the machine the valve is lying on the floor

My zanussi tumble dryer is not switching on

Hi how do i fix my zanussi condenser dryer. it was working perfectly on thursday last week. I moved friday with a removal firm, it wasn't knocked, dropped or banged, and there is no power, I have checked all fuzes and the dial won't even turn, its 2 yrs old and looks like new. I have never had a problem help please

you need to refit the valve.this needs the back bottom panel taking off.inside there will be an 'O' ring thats fallen off the valve.this holds the valve in to the machine
