how do i take the headreast off of a vw caddy 97?

im tryin to put my new seat covers on my 2 seats of my vw caddy van 97. but cant get the headrest off. any ideas please...

On most headrests there is a button on the back of the plastic ring at the bottom of the h/rest where it joins the seat,(maybe one on each rod)push them in and wiggle and pull the rest out.
