I was riding my scooter from va beach going back home when i hit a puddle and it just stoped my hole scooter it doesnt start im not sure if i flooded something on the scooter or not, the battery is good because there is light and the breaks and turn signal work but starting it is the problem

try spraying plugcap with wd40. could be damp. and shorting out.
