brake problem on peugeot 206?

iv'e just changed the front discs and pad on my peugeot 206 and my brakes still don't work, there is a leak in a rear wheel but not from the pipe going into the drum its actualy coming from inside the drum, what can i do to fix it and is it expensive?

My 206 LX has failed it's MOT due to rear driver brakes. The garage has changed the cylinders but to no effect. What other problem could it be?

Nigel Gill, July 2013
The new front discs and pads will need bedding in for a couple of hundred miles before they reach maximum efficiency.

the only thing that is inside the drum is the brake wheel cylinder, this is leaking a replacement cylinder will be needed, hope the brake lining are not contaminated as these will also need replacing
