2 days ago the temperature on my fridge went from 3 degrees up to 18 degrees. I have tried switching it off for an hour hoping it might 're-boot' but to no avail. Any help would be most appreciated.

I have similar problems with the Mistral FF.
Have you tried cleaning out the vent at the bottom beneath the freezer door. It is held by 2 screws. You might find a very large mat of dust there.

I have just done that as my fridge and freezer have been running at a high temp. The freezer is plummeting now although the fridge seems unimpressed. Might be the thermistor. Will need to wait and see
