Handbrake adjustment?

Bmw E90: I can't move the handbrake starwheel adjuster on the passenger side. Any thoughts or will I have to take the disc/hub off. Is there another way to adjust the handbrake

spray a little wd 40 with long tube on to adjuster it may soak in enough to free it if not you will have to remove disc
