Kenwood 243A 4 years old. Bottom rack washes fine but top rack intermittent, have given thorough clean checked arm is not blocked

Mine did the same. Engineer said either pump or water intake valve. Advised me to try and put 3 to 5 jugs of water manually in the machine and run. If ok its the water valve. Mines still going but have to manually put water in.
