keeps triping fuse board when the earth is conected but is ok when earth is disconecter

i replaced element and 2 stats in hotpoint aquarius TCD30 condencer dryer but it still won't heat up
anyone know whats wrong?

Hi I bought one of these second hand soon as I got it home it tripped my electric, the man I bought it off is so rude and difficult to deal with I cannot tollerate him, what do I do to get it repaired as it seems like a great tumble dryer but keeps tripping my electrics, he told me I had to dry it out, I did that, worked for a week and then started again, any advise please
