fault code f08 and f10 on a hotpoint ctd80?

hi,f08 and f10 are heater circuit errors.F08 indicates that the static heater relay contacts are welded closed.
 
Basically there appears to be a problem with the control board.
I would suggest you check the heater and wiring to the heater first for a problem there.
If there is a short in the wiring or heater it could give the same error.
 
If the board is at fault I'm afraid you'll probably be better off getting Hotpoint in to repair it on their fixed price parts and labour scheme. You would have to call them for the latest pricing.
