Ive already changed relay and stalk but it still the same.

It could be your flashing relay that has built up carbon on the contact points they are inexpensive to replace and its the same as replacing a fuse pull out and plug in.i had a similar problem with my car cost me two hours labour to figure that out hope it works for you
