Peugeot 106 rear window heater not working?

Hi

Have no light on the switch and it doesnt stay in when pushed - I was thinking it was the switch but could t be the relay??? - If its the switch how do I take the switch out (Not the relay)

the red relay behind the fuse box is often the problem if you remove it you can somtimes see the burn.
