This was following a major roll around on the back roller. Now after threading film I am xonsistently getting a roll around on the lower front roller (where threading of film through rollers starts) I have removed film and reloaded. I have made sure everything is lined up and it keeps happenings (6 times now)

You might have to clean the rollers use a scotch pad no liquids make sure there is no adhesive on rollers. just take off laminate use the scotch pad in sections turn on machine to turn rollers and do the next section.
make sure machine is cold and be sure to turn off in between sections so you don't burn yourself.
