How to fix master switch on ignis oven?

Ignis oven don't know model, fan oven not doing anything when switched on told it was probably master switch?

What do you call the master switch ?? One on the wall?? If so you get it replaced, if faulty, does it have a socket on it, is socket live, plug something in, check fuse/breaker, It should be on its own cct.
