How can I fix my Proline dishwasher?

At the start of the programme the water only fills up so far then cuts off. The soap tablet ejects into the dishwasher but nothing else happens.

The dishwasher drains the water no problem but doesn't fill up enough for the programme to carry on through the wash cycle.

As the soap tablet is ejected, enough water. It would not get to that point in the program if water did not reach level, as stated main circulation pump, Need a meter to test, 1st motor then wiring, then ???? etc etc
