Loud click/bang during rinse cycle and stopped - any ideas?

Hi, I put my ZWF1421W on a rinse cycle and after the rinse it made a loud click/bang noise and stopped without spinning. If I turn it off then on again to any programe the start light flashes, I press it and the light moves to 'washing' but nothing happens and the light moves to end.
