beko wma 10w washing machine wont drain or spin?

Beko wma 10w washing machine wont drain or spin but will fill with water. Have cleaned out drain at bottom, flushed water through outlet hose to get rid of anything (5p piece) but still not working. Help please! I assume its the pump but can i get it out and manually clean it.
thanks elizabeth

Pump seemed ok, as I flushed water through the outlet hose down into it and it came out ok (accessed it easier by turning machine on side and accessing it from underneath), however my son removed the carbon brushes and they looked smaller than new ones available to buy on website, so assume they are worn. Would the carbon brushes stop the machine from draining as well as spinning? I know carbon brushes stop the machine from spinning but thought it would still drain. Machine only fills with water and switch ticks over onto other cycles but does nothing. No motor running. Thanks for your help Phil, anymore will be appreciated! Best wishes elizabeth

Thanks Phil - the pump didnt look accessible from the back, I tried to get it out from the front also. I have seen I can buy a new pump for £33 from internet so will have another go and see if I can remove it, thanks for your help
best wishes elizabeth

hi (power off) you can gain access to the pump by removing the back of the machine.the pump has three screws holding to the housing just take them off and pull the pump will come apart to be cleaned out (watch out for sharp edges)
