Hi, can anybody tell me whats wrong with my heater, i have no fan, nothing is coming out of the heater ? i have tested the fuse and the resistor also changed the control pannel, the pipes to the valve get hot on both sides of the bulkhead, could it be this or could it be some other electrical problem. if someone could please help , then thankyou for your time.

sounds like a heater valve problem, how did you check control panel?
