Tricity double oven 2144 replace lamp bulb?

How do I get to the lamp bulb to replace it? Do you have to pull the oven unit out to get at it or does the light cover glass come out from inside the oven? (I don't know how to support it as the front grille sticks down lower than the cupboard casing)

It's a round one but I found out it just prises out. Gasket was ruined but I was able to make a new one.

don't know the model but round glass fronted lamps unscrew and square glass ones prise off to expose bulb
