Candy intergrated fridge not cool enough?

Fridge about 2 years old not cooling to correct tempature,compressor hot to touch seems to stay on, fan working any ideas ?

possibly a system gas issue.can you hear a tinkling/gurgling noise.classic gas loss issue.honest opinion is to replace if it is doing the above and running constantly
