Somehow i managed to get the outer door of my Dyson washing machine CR 01 open while the lock is still on. I can't release the lock so i cant close the door properly so I cant use the machine. Any help out there?

If your machine is still sort of ok, there is a flat bladed screw hidden behind the washing powder draw. Just slide it out and remove. You should then see the backup door lock, turning this with a big flat bladed screw driver, should -hopefully release the door lock assy.
I have removed my door lock from the outer door and just left it stuck in the switch all of the time. While it is a little dangerous, it makes access much easier.
