how do i fix my white knight cl312wv dryer?

my white knight CL312WV dryer will not get hot and only blows cold air..i have pressed the red button because it was turning cold very often before..but now the button is in but still not gettin hot. what do u think the problem my be? thanx

sometimes pressing the red plastic doesn't press button beneath it.remove back panel and press reset button direct.if this don't work stat or element failure
