Still dont know what year or engine you have but if it is the 1.3cdti have seen the egr valve sticking on them and sometimes frees off on its own so the fault is sometimes present, sometimes not,don`t know if it was a good code reader that was used but may need tech2 to determine your fault,in the meantime you could try and clean your egr valve,also try removing your crank sensor and give it a clean,these are cheap fixes and don`t cost anything so are worth a go,good luck
