I presume you mean a pouch has become stuck in the machine? If so, dismantle it carefully (there will be screws in the body underneath) and you will see the rollers and metal plates contained within. They are held together with screws and clamps. Take some digital photos of the layout so you know where all the screws go. Carefully dismantle the mechanism and you will eventually be able to see the mangled pouch in-between the rollers. I fixed out office one today and there were two pouches welded together stuck to the heated rollers which were removed with some effort.
You will find it easier to remove the damaged pouches if you remove just the minimum amount of mechanism and rollers that you need to get a good purchase with your hand on the damaged pouch. Then, being mindful NOT to touch exposed live electrical parts, turn the machine on to a medium heat setting. This will heat up the heated rollers. Once the machine has reached its heat setting, turn it off and unplug it from the mains and then being careful not to burn your hands, carefully pull the damaged pouch out. This can be quite an effort especially if someone has rammed another pouch in over the first!. Once obstruction is cleared, re-assemble without putting the cover scews back just yet. Pop an A4 piece of paper in a pouch and feed it in as you would normally. If all is good, then pat yourself on the back and put the cover screws back in. If it jams again, then you may need to remove further obstructions. Good luck - laminators are not that complicated - just be sure you know where all the screws go (use the digital photos to help you)
