I have a dime size hole in the seat of my jeans.
The inside edge is frayed, how do I fix it?

No way to make an invisible repair.

You may make it larger so that it looks intentional.
You can patch it. You may do similarly to what I did in the 60's : Make a patch of a contrasting material, maybe one to each sides, in different colours and materials, to make it truely "intentional" looking.
