My Hotpoint WF740 Aquarius Plus was on a drying cycle when I noticed the drum full of WATER!!!!

I stopped the cycle and placed it on the pump cycle but this would not work.

I have since pulled the washer out and drained it manually and removed the clothes.

Any ideas for next steps??

any tips on how to get to the pump and filters to check. The manual says it is self cleaning and doesn't give any instruction on how to get to it. :-(

Check filters, check inside drain pump, and pipe work in case it is blocked, check pump. test meter required, if ok check wiring then control
