Hi..I have had this alarm since the house was built about 15 years..appart from changing worn remote keypads never had a problem, but now the power light is constantly flashing, the alarm is still working but keypad buttons are very slow to respond..I have changed the 12v re-chargeable battery ut no change.any ideas??

Time to have it serviced.

Hard to give you a answer to this question.

The battery and charging circuit will have to be metered,.

All wiring / cables will have to be tested for continuity and earthing related issues

The remote keypad may have a data/ com problem,and so on and so on.

The engineer will troubleshoot the system

Book yourself a service sooner rather than later,or you may find yourself having to disconnect the system at some point.
