How can I fix Zanussi condenser dryer TC 7102 W not drying cloths?

I have a zanussi condenser dryer dual temperature model TC 7102 W.
It does not dry cloths feels like heater or related part has failed.
When switched on the drum turns for the required time but does not dry the cloths.
Any ideas?
