how to re set or fix my accenta g3 alarm?

when i set my alarm by entering the four digit code zones 1 and zone 4 light up my alarm beeps to set like normal but dos"nt stop beeping or setting can any one help many thanks

Open zone tone...........

omit zones 1 and 4 and see if the system will set,if it does then investigate the monitoring devices fitted for those zones.
