Hi - looking after friend's house and central heating packed in. It's a Worcester combi boiler and EA message flashing. Using advice from this forum already I've drained water from underneath and as I couldn't defrost pipe (runs length of garage roof) I cut pip inside as suggested by someone. Still getting same error code flashing. Would appreciate any help please - freezing cold & want to get sorted for their return!
Condense pipe is freeze warm this with hair dyer blow hot air around ,you have cut pipe short you have to place bucket to collect water ,press restart nob to reset
