Hi,
How do you change the solenoid thats got the anti tamper metal plate over it.
The engine is trying to start but there is no fuel getting to it.
would appreciate any help.

are you sure its the soliniod they have a bad habit of cracking the pipe from the bleeding bulb to the filter.this lets air in causes the same problem ,pump the bulb and see if it drips deisel then try and start it. if notyou will have to take the plate of by removing all the pipes ect
