Appliance continues to empty machine but won't switch off. All filters are clean. Removed cover and checked impeller ok. Filled bottom of machine with water which was emptied ok but pump won't stop.
Pressed 2 buttons as suggested in the manual but washer is still 'locked' into programme.
This appliance is built into kitchen units. Will I have to remove entire machine before proceeding any further?
