hi if its a push button this is controlled by a pecker on the rear of the belt this can be adjusted (POWER OFF)remove the back panel on the left of the machine resting on the belt should be a plastic arm they wear down after a lot of use if you push the cable up you should here some clicks just set it so its nearly touching the belt and try the door
