2nd and easier option
grind the old rivet heads off with a 4" grinding wheel metal cutting disc then punch the old rivet stems out,then bolt on the new part and torque down the ball joint mounting nuts

the control arm ball joits are rivetted on. This means drilling out the rivets (which of course are made from some super-strong undrillable metal) and takes ages and gives you sore arms - once done the replacements simply bolt into the holes left by the rivets.
