My A1053W is not draining. It spins and there is no water in the drum but it collects in the filter chamber. I have cleaned out the filter but it is still not emptying completely. I have had this problem before and have changed the timer unit for the door. Is this all I need to do or could it be something else that is stopping it emptying completely.

there is always some water in the filter when you remove it.this is normal
if the water is still in the drum and the clothes are wet then you need to check the bottom tub hose and drain hose for blockages.You also need to check the drain pump works and the impeller rotates freely
