You either have an element which has packed up or you may find that the thermostat responsible for making sure the element does not overheat has failed.UNPLUG AT THE MAINS. Remove retaining screws from rear cover, you will see the element. Be very careful with this as they are very fragile. Remove the retaining screw which is holding the china white block which the element is sat on. Carefully with both hands remove the element. On the left side before withdrawing just push in the top corner with your index finger. Once with drawn carefully inspect all the elements to make sure that all are intact and not broken. Inspect all wiring leading upto the element. If all is ok then you will find the fault lies at the thermostat which can be purchased quite cheaply. When refitting the element again be very carefull, tip the element top towards you and its right side in first make sure the china block is up the correct way as this will only go up one way. Carefully slide the element back into position.
