Have a Bosch claisxx 1200. The drum is not moving when on a cycle it fills it drains but not turning? Help? Have checked the filter on a regular basis all seems clear.
motor brushes worn out?.remove motor and check brushes.10mm or less of carbon need replacing.you can stretch the carbon bit by pulling it out the holder and refitting to test but DO NOT USE like this as damage can occur to the motor!!
