I have a Heat Surge Heater working great for 2 yrs. I am wondering how I clean the inside of the glass where the fake embers are. I spilled alot of coffee loaded with creamer all over the heater and alot of the coffee went inside the glass portion of the heater, tried to take it apart from the back side of heater but couldnt get it out of wood frame
