A plumber turned the pressure relief valve several times in the anti-clock wise dir ,now the system keeps blowing off to .5 bar no matter how many times i rechange the system to 2.5 bar i have tried turning the valve in the clock wise dir to no avail

Your prv is leaking has sludge on seat , either get cleaned or replace it for good
