creda excel 1200 washer not spinning changed motor brushes & cleaned out filter tries to spin fast then goes to end of program any help welcome thanks

does it spin ok when empty if yes i would suspect out of balance loading ,or watch it when dark if a lot of arcing around brushes faulty armature
