My zanussi washer dryer WDT 1085 will not do a full spin it will only spin very slowly and when the spin cycle is finished , the washing is still soaking wet, had a local plummer in , he said the circuit board was US, and it would cost £200 for a new one. Any help or ideas would be appriciated, Thank you

Why would you call a plumber to fix a washing machine? What would he know? Makes as much sense as asking the doctor to fix your car brakes.

look at item 145.filter manifold.on the back you will see a round cylinder with a piece stuck out the top.That gets blocked causing a no spin sometimes
Also single heavy items will not spin.check motor brushes.10mm of carbon or less need replacing
