1 inlet water fill valves not closing properly
2 if connected to sink spigot the sink water going into washer (water can be dirty)
to test
turn off BOTH isolation valves H/C water supply to machine ,pick 1 and turn tap back on allow 12 hrs check drum for water if ok turn off this valve and repeat the test by turning on the other one if valve letting past change the valve
