timber frame for a caravan?

hi brought a 1975 franklin arrow caravan, has a bit of water damage, couple of peices of the farming need to be replaced, what type of timber should i use.

any lightweight tanalised (Ready treated) timber from a timber yard not the DiY shops, of equivilent size.
and 3.6mm ply for wall bording, before replacing treat area with a good quality wood preserving fluid, ensure its dry before replacing any walling.
