I have figured out that the 3 bolts that go from the inside of the drum to the mount on the back are loose and i dont know how they tighten

They don't tighten they are riveted on to the drum so if there are now big holes in the drum and loose you need to strip drum out and put a stainless washer with a new rivet in place of the 3 already in there.This tends to be a temporary fix.Another way is to replace the whole drum but costly or replace whole thing
