i have no dashboard lights when engine is running apart from low &high beam and indicators when using and hazzards when using them . but i have no speedo or rev counter working at all and dash is totaly dark so no lights showing the auto gears ie d . r .p .1 .2.

No need to worry, as this is normal for a Renault. You own the worst make of car for electrical faults. You could try a good auto electrician to try and find teh faults, but it could be a long job and faults usually come back after a short while. Failing that, it's off to a main stealership and a large bill at the end of it.
