creda tumble dryer t622cw no heat, tryed a few things please help?

hi all
I have no heat from my dryer and I have look at a lot of other post on this web site and I’m still not sure what to do. i have checked the thermostats and they have not propped (concaved) checked for any burnt wires and done a continuity test on the elements and it seems fine. Should I just replace the thermostats and hope this will fix it?

You cannot check the T/stats visually,

Check them with your meter for open circuits.

use your meter on the continuity setting,

you want to hear that audiable tone,no tone is a failure.

the T/stats are wired in series,so its possible to bypass them to check that the heating element is getting its supply.

This measure is only a means of troubleshooting the components, and you must shut down the moment you feel any heat.

do NOT USE THE APPLIANCE WITH ANY T/STAT BYPASSED!!!!!!

hope this info helps and good luck with the repair,.
