tefal gv8330 how to stop water coming out with the steam?

Could you please help me.Tefal gv 8330 steams like mad but water coming out as well soaking the clothes,what do i have to do to stop this? It sounds like the solenoid is cutting in and out when i press the switch but does that mean that's working or not?

not normal for water to come out as well as steam.normally if their is not enough heat in tank cause of thermostat closing at to low heat setting it will let water instead of steam coming out.my suggestion is to replace thermostat and take it from there
