i have had work done on my kitchen and the power has been disabled several times over a 2 week period. I have reset the alarm in the past by shutting the power openening box and pulling a battery cable then resetting power resetting alarm and putting battery cable back then closing box...but now when power is restored it continually alarms and i cannot stop this by entering code..any ideas please

shut off the power supply#
open the front cover and remove the live red cable attached to the battery#
reconnect the power supply#
reconnect the red cable to battery....do no probe any mains parts#
this will reset the red and green lights and the alarms will be sounding again#
carefully close the front cover and it should work correctly
