How can I change the dual speed loom assembly in an aqualisa aquastream ?

the pump on the shower is not starting and it is the dual speed loom assembly for the contact not working.
? how easy is it to change or is it better to have an aquastream technician to do it

you've answered your own question its better to get an engineer do it who can tell the differnce between an electric toothbrush and a shower.
