I have a Sony handycam ccd v88E and the cassette door will not close.
When I put a tape into the video camera and push the door closed, nothing happens, then the caution red flashing light comes on the top of the camera. There is also a symbol displayed in the view finder, it is a triangle or pyramid shape with a parallel line below it.
If anyone can help I would appreciate it.
